Yep, Caroline has finally addressed that chemistry between her and the 'Troublemaker' singer that's had everyone speculating about a potential romance - and it's renewed our hope that the two of them could become a thing.
In a recent interview, the talent show presenter talked about the "innate understanding" she shares with Olly and admitted, "We don't not fancy each other."
But before anyone starts chatting about cupids arrow and how they've 'known all along', Caroline also confirmed they're not girlfriend and boyfriend. Boo.
"Me and Olly have a lovely relationship," she told You magazine. "It's a weird chemistry. We have the innate understanding of one another, we don't fancy each other and yet we don't not fancy each other.
"We're not girlfriend and boyfriend, yet we're not totally platonic either." So, err. Any idea what that means?
Maybe someone should ask Simon Cowell what he makes of Caroline's comments because the music mogul is on a mission to get her and Olly together.
Xtra Factor presenter Melvin Odoom previously told The Sun on Sunday: "Simon wants Olly and Caroline to get together. He's always trying to make them admit they fancy each other and make things awkward for them. They have this incredible chemistry. There's not a presenting duo around that has that kind of bond."
Melvin continued to talk about the cute relationship between the pair, saying: "They know what the other is thinking and they are always laughing and joking on set – but there is that kind of will-they, won't-they tension which they've always acknowledged and played with. I think they've got a nickname that they've had since their Xtra Factor days – Carolly or something… Brangelina style!"
And there's someone else rooting for "Carolly" to happen too... When asked on ITV's Lorraine if love could be on the cards in the future, Caroline admitted: "My mum still does, my mum says, 'Can't you marry Olly? Go on, it'd be perfect!'"
