Katie Piper has married fiancé Richard Sutton and describes the day as "one of the best of her life".

The Bodyshockers presenter, 32, wed carpenter Richard on Friday (6 November) in a beautiful romantic ceremony surrounded by friends and family - and, of course, their daughter Belle.

Katie Piper and Richard Sutton arrive at 'The Saturday Night Show' studios, 24 January 2015.

Katie wore a traditional white lace wedding dress, with trailing veil, while the lucky groom wore a grey suit with tail jacket.

As reported in the Mail Online, the burns survivor said: "Second only to the birth of our daughter, marrying Richie has been one of the best days of my life and I am so happy to have shared it with my close friends and family."

The next day, Katie shared her excitement with her 301,000 Twitter followers, saying: "What an amazing Friday yesterday was - I got married!"

Katie and Richard welcomed their first child Belle in March 2014 and announced their engagement in December.

At the time, she tweeted: "'So excited to tell you all... I became someone's fiancé last night! I'm engaged to be married :)."

In September, Katie shared a saucy snap from her hen do at Alan Carr's Yap, Yap, Yap! stand-up show at London's Hammersmith Apollo.

She wrote the caption: "Kiss the Miss goodbye."

Earlier this year, Katie paid a loving tribute to Richard, thanking him for all the support he's given her.

In a touching Instagram message, she wrote: "At times I didn't think I would ever meet you, at low points I started to think you didn't even exist.

"Then you came into my life and changed it forever. The unconditional love you give me heals me from the inside out. You're not just present at the films premieres and exciting events, but the NHS waiting rooms six hours at a time when my life is rubbish and boring. My beautiful boyfriend so blessed to have you."

It's the happy ending Katie deserves after her ex-boyfriend Daniel Lynch organised for sulphuric acid to be thrown in her face in 2008.

She has since endured more than 40 operations and set up her own charity foundation.
