Cheryl was snapped deep in conversation on the phone as she arrived at Fountain Studios on Friday afternoon (6 November) to catch up with her remaining groups.
The 32-year-old was dressed down in ripped skinny jeans and an oversized grey jacket, and kept her hair tied back in a messy bun.
It was certainly a very different look from the glamorous figure Cheryl cut at last night's Elf The Musical press preview, where she was supporting bestie Kimberley Walsh.
The pressure is on for all the X Factor judges now that live shows – and eliminations – have kicked off.
Cheryl was one of the first judges to lose an act when group Alien Uncovered was sent home on the first results show, alongside Simon Cowell's act Bupsi Brown.
Since their exit, Alien Uncovered have heaped praise on Cheryl as a mentor, telling ITV's This Morning this week: "She really understood us as a group. Obviously we're quite different, not the usual girl group you get, so we were lucky she understood what Alien was about."
Cheryl now has two groups left in the competition: 4th Power and Reggie 'n' Bollie.
The theme for this weekend's live shows is 'Reinvention', which means acts have to give songs their own, unique twist and reinvent themselves.
4th Impact are doing a Girls Aloud / Charli XCX medley (we can't wait!) while Reggie 'n' Bollie are mashing up One Direction and OMI.
The X Factor continues this Saturday (7 November) at 8pm on ITV1.
