Back in August, rumours surfaced that Rachel could be joining Ant and Dec down under and venturing into the I'm A Celeb jungle. It was said she was in talks with show bosses, after they saw her as a "real contender" for this year's series.
However, Reveal caught up with Rachel recently and she denied such reports, dismissing them as a "massive rumour".
Speaking at The Dreamboys' calendar launch in London, she told us: "That was a massive rumour, but there might be something else..."
Something else? Another reality show, perhaps? The Jump? Celebrity Big Brother?
Despite our attempts to find out more, Rachel was keeping her plans close to her chest and simply teased instead: "Keep your eyes peeled for that!"
We quizzed her if she would be keen to do the jungle if the opportunity came up and while she seemed pretty keen about heading into camp, she did add the Aussie spiders are enough to put her off.
Our thoughts exactly...
Speculation Rachel would be appearing on I'm A Celebrity first arose three months ago. At the time, a source had told The Daily Star: "Because of her past as a beauty queen and athlete, the producers are really vying for her to be a cross between Amy Willerton and Linford Christie. They think she can be a real contender to become the first black woman to be crowned Queen of the Jungle."
Former Miss England Rachel made a name for herself on ITV2's dating show Love Island over the summer. She was one of the originals to enter the villa, but became the first girl to be given the boot, after her co-star Omar Sultani failed to save her from elimination.
On her exit, Rachel told us she had wanted to go as she felt being on the show was a "waste of her time". The starlet admitted she wasn't really attracted to anybody in the villa and didn't see the point in staying if there wasn't the potential for love to blossom.
"I wanted to go home, half of me wanted to stay, but more of me wanted to go," she said. "There was no connection with anyone in the house. There wasn't going to be any romance in there with me."
Since her time on the show, Rachel has been busy modelling again and carrying out her usual mummy duties. The reality star is mum to her son, Logan, who she shares with Celebrity Big Brother star David McIntosh.
And as well as a potential return to our TV screen, Rachel is hoping to crack the fitness industry with her latest venture.
She exclusively told us: "I'm really into my sports being an ex-athlete, so I've got a fitness magazine coming out called 'Go For Gold' and a fitness line too!"
