The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star married basketball player Lamar in September 2009, just one month after they met. Their lavish, star-studded wedding was aired on E! and they later landed their very own reality show documenting their newlywed life.
But it fell apart four years later and they split amid allegations of drug abuse and infidelity on Lamar's part.
Despite that, both frequently spoke about their love, respect and admiration for each other in interviews, leading to constant speculation they could get back together. That speculation was only fuelled when Khloe dropped everything last month to be by Lamar's side after he was found unresponsive at a Nevada brothel.
Then came word they'd called off divorce proceedings. A sure sign of a reunion?
Nope, said Khloe in a recent interview. They withdrew legal papers because they had so much else to think about right now, with the priority being Lamar's health. Sources also pointed out by remaining Lamar's legal wife she would continue to make medical decisions for him if needed.
Now, in a new interview with Yahoo Style! she has said: "We had a great love story, so I think people want to see that for me again. There is so much more medically and emotionally that we have to go through in order to even think about anything romantically."
Khloe, 31, declined to discuss another relationship in the interview, that with basketball player James Harden. She's thought to have begun dating him this summer and recently flew to Houston to watch him playing.
"I've learned from experience you just never know what happens in life," she said. "I've chosen to keep things closer to my heart until I figure it out. I love hard, I love who I love, and I don't make any qualms about it. And I can't wait for that to happen."
