The 'Hello' singer keeps her relationship with Simon Konecki, the father of her son Angelo, away from the limelight, which has always led to numerous rumours about whether they're engaged, married, splitting or whatnot.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone, the British singer sets the record straight while praising Simon, described as an investment banker-turned-philanthropist, for being the perfect partner behind the scenes.
"He's so supportive. And that takes a very big man, because I'm very successful at what I do," she explains. "My last boyfriend was uncomfortable with how successful I was, and the fact that he had to share me with lots of people.
"I have said a million times I'm not married and everyone still says we are. But, yeah, we're still together. We haven't broken up. We've never broken up. We've been together. We just haven't felt the need to get married. We've got a kid together. I feel like that's a big enough commitment."
She also reveals a track on her new album, 'Water Under the Bridge', is about Simon.
Adele, 27, returned to the spotlight at the end of October with the surprise release of comeback single 'Hello', the first track from her highly anticipated third album, 25, named for when she started work on it, rather than the age she is now, FYI.
