The X Factor host opted for a chic tuxedo-style dress and heels to attend the Music Industry Trust Awards at the posh Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Monday evening (2 November).
Caroline met up with X Factor co-host Olly Murs at the event, as well as colleagues including Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Rochelle Humes.
X Factor boss Simon was honoured with the main prize at the show, recognising his contribution to music and entertainment over the years as well as his various charitable causes.
He was presented the award the day after X Factor's first live performance shows of the series and a surprise double eviction for the acts.
For Caroline and Olly, it was their first time helming the live performance show and the first time viewers have seen a double act fronting the series, after the departure of long-time host Dermot O'Leary last series.
Although some media outlets reported Caroline and Olly had faced criticism from some viewers for their presenting skills, Caroline didn't let it bother her, tweeting after Sunday's results show: "Thank you for all your lovely tweets from the weekend! I am having a blast presenting the show!"
