The 'Parachute' singer was on hand to cheer her X Factor boss Simon as he was presented with the Music Industry Trusts Award at a lavish ceremony in London on Monday night (2 November).
Cheryl turned heads in her striking Galvan London gown, featuring a long-sleeved metallic embroidered tulle top and a white crepe skirt.
She walked the red carpet without husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, who prefers to remain out of the limelight and public eye.
Chezza had no shortage of people to talk to on the night though, as a slew of X Factor hosts, judges and contestants came out to support Simon, including Louis Walsh, Rochelle Humes, Ben Haenow, Fleur East, Olly Murs and Caroline Flack.
Simon was honoured for his contribution to the music and entertainment industries and his charitable causes. The awards were held in aid of Nordoff Robbins and the BRIT Trust.
David Munns OBE, chairman of the MITS Award committee, said: "We are delighted to honour Simon Cowell with the Music Industry Trusts Award for 2015. We are proud to recognise his outstanding contributions to the UK music and entertainment industries and his personal support of many charitable causes.
"The creativity and excitement of The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, for example, have left an indelible impression on our contemporary culture whilst his record label Syco has proven itself a world leader in the development and success of inspiring, talented artists. Simon Cowell is a well deserving honouree."
