A rep for the presenter has insisted she is fine to host the first live performance episode of the series after recovering from a nasty cold.
Her spokesperson told Metro: "Caroline will not be missing this weekend's X Factor, and is on fine form. She had one day off with a bad cold but is now fit and excited for the live shows."
Caroline's appearance during the weekend had been in doubt after reports claimed she was bedridden with the flu.
A source had told Daily Star: "[Caroline] hasn't been feeling well this week at all, and the timing couldn't be worse, with the first live performances this weekend.
"She has been resting at home and doing everything she possibly can to recover in time to make it on stage with Olly... But at the moment it is touch and go, and it is a worry for everyone."
Judges chose their final acts last weekend after judges' houses, and now know who they will be taking to the live shows. So far, there's no word on whether we'll get wildcard entries this year as well...
