Viewers know that former couple Chloe and Jake have been growing close lately, and Chloe proved her loyalty to Jake by refusing to attend Mike Hassini's birthday party recently, as Mike and Jake don't see eye-to-eye.
On last night's episode, Lydia said: "In the end, Chloe is just going to end up isolating herself and it will just be her and Jake. Jake has a problem with a lot of people in Essex."
She also joked that the situation would be helped if Jake "just disappeared." Harsh?
Jake wasn't too happy, responding via Twitter: "@LydiaRoseBright are you ever gonna shut up... Thank you." He then added: "So bored of people talking about my life! Some times you gotta just get on with your own s**t don't mean to be rude but I'm tired of it."
Lydia wasn't the only TOWIE star who mentioned Jake last night: his name came up in other conversations during the episode, including when the guys went camping without him.
Tommy Mallet, Diags, Arg and Dan Edgar went off to the woods and had thought about inviting Jake but decided against it. Dan explained that things just "felt different… like there is a bit of a divide" and said the whole Jake / Mike feud had been dragged out too long, which made things uncofmrotable and put people on edge.
Agreeing, Tommy said: "My loyalty is with Jake all day long obviously but I can't not have no friends ever again because you're not friends with the geezer."
Meanwhile, the girls also spoke about Jake, after Kate Wright revealed that Dan and Jake hadn't spoken since Marbella. She told Chloe Lewis that perhaps Jake and the boys needed to have a chat, saying: "So Jake knows when the boys are around you they have your best interests."
TOWIE airs Wednesdays and Sundays at 10pm on ITVBe.
