The television presenter was by former England and Chelsea star Frank's side as he received the award from Prince William for his services to football.
Love how she couldn't resist getting a snap of her own!
Frank, 37, was also joined at the investiture on Tuesday afternoon by daughters Luna and Isla, from his relationship with Elen Rivas. They joined him and Christine for pictures outside the palace after the ceremony.
The footballer - who retired from the international game last year - flew to London from New York City last night, where he's been based while playing for Major League Soccer team New York City FC.
Frank and Christine have been together for six years and engaged for the last four, ever since Frank popped the question during a romantic holiday to Los Angeles.
But despite frequent questioning about when they may tie the knot, the couple have always said they're more than happy with how their relationship currently is.
Speaking on ITV'sLoose Women in May, Frank said: "We're actually having a great time, that's the thing. When we got engaged, we said we want to enjoy the fun time and we're both very busy. Like this morning, she's just finished now and I'm here and we'll meet up after."
As for when they do walk down the aisle, he would only say: "We are going to do a small and pretty intimate [wedding], not a surprise thing, we like our privacy and keeping it to ourselves
While Frank is now based in the US for work, presenter Christine has been flying out to see him. "We are a couple that like to be together," said Frank. "We're not good at long distance for too long so we'll make it work. I'm actually back for two months over Christmas. We're just going to try and make it work and have fun along the way."
