TOWIE's Lydia Bright brushed off her recent row with James 'Arg' Argent this week to attend a hugging masterclass in Essex.

Yep a hugging masterclass!

If anyone needs a hug these days it's Lydia, who ended up in tears on Sunday night's episode after confronting Arg about his relapse in recovery and how he keeps hurting her, even if he doesn't mean to.

But those tears were gone when she joined friends and family at a hugging session in Theydon Bois, looking beautiful in a chic black ensemble.

Lydia was all smiles as she posed for the cameras outside the venue, before meeting up with mum Debbie Douglas and friends including Jess Wright inside. The girls were pictured sharing plenty of hugs and cuddles at the session, which no doubt cheered Lydia up after a difficult few weeks.

On Sunday night's episode of TOWIE, we saw an emotional Lydia as she broke down while talking to Arg about broken promises and being hurt by lies and deceit.

Arg - who entered rehab over Christmas to deal with excessive partying - recently admitted a relapse in his recovery, which led Lydia to ask for some space. He's since been trying to get back in her good books and show he's on the mend.

But a tearful Lydia told him yesterday: "It's very hard for me to always believe you James because you have lied to me a significant amount of times over the years. You've promised me change that never happens or change that does happen for the first two weeks then everything comes crashing down again. I don't want you to promise me that you will change and do this because the bottom line is you are who you are. You always are going to make slip ups."

She later told the official website: "I do feel like I am an iron lady and quite cold with it all but I think that's because what James tells me, what he will do moving forward, I have heard that so many times before. He constantly promises me things he will do but when I give him another chance he never follows through. I am enjoying being by myself right now and having time out. That might change because my emotions are still raw and I'm still very angry but he needs to just give me a lot of space because it's just too much pressure right now."

TOWIE airs Wednesdays and Sundays at 10pm on ITVBe.
