The X Factor: Meet Simon Cowell's three remaining Overs going through to live shows.

The contestants had the gruelling task of the Six Chair Challenge followed by a 'make or break' performance at Judges' Houses, but over the weekend it was the X Factor judging panel that felt the pressure.

With live shows kicking off next weekend, Cheryl, Simon Cowell, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw had to whittle down their categories from six to three, announcing their choices live from Wembley Arena, but who made the cut?

Rita Ora was last to choose her final three girls and she had an *incredibly* tough task on her hands, as her six girls totally smashed their Judges' Houses auditions.

Rita and her six had jetted off to LA for the latest stage of the competition, soaking up the sunshine with none other than Meghan Trainor. Back on home soil, Rita seemed pretty certain when it came to picking her first two girls, before later admitting she was torn between two when it came to her last slot.

Here's who she picked:

1. Louisa Johnson

Louisa was a no-brainer when it came to making it to the live shows. The 17-year-old and her powerhouse vocals have been a standout in the competition so far and Meghan was blown away by the starlet's confident performance of Aretha Franklin's 'Respect'.

Rita gushed: "That is what you call an audition." While Meghan said: "Something happened... This wind came in and she became a star in my face... For 17 she got through that song."

2. Lauren Murray

Lauren was last to perform at Judges' Houses, but that didn't hinder her chances as the Essex girl definitely gave it her all with her rendition of Jess Glynne's 'Take Me Home'. And her performance particularly impressed Meghan, with the 'All About That Bass' singer telling Rita: "I love her! I'm obsessed with her."

Rita, meanwhile, seemed certain she could work well with Lauren when it comes to the lives.

3. Kiera Weathers

Kiera was the third and final girl to secure a spot in the live shows, although Rita did admit she was torn between her and Monica Michael. In the end, it was Kiera's performance of 'Show Me Love' that persuaded Rita to take a chance on her.

Following her audition, Rita told Meghan: "Live shows she would be the one I'd play with, you'd get a performance from her. I can rely on her."
