The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 31, has been by her estranged husband's side ever since his collapse in Las Vegas two weeks ago, but yesterday she left the hospital to spend a few hours with her sisters.
Kim, 34, had cancelled her original baby shower, as it was scheduled to take place the weekend after Lamar was found unresponsive in a Nevada brothel and rushed to hospital.
But with Lamar now recovering at a hospital in LA and showing signs of improvement, the bash finally took place in Beverly Hills on Sunday, 25 October.
It was a pyjama-themed, camping-esque baby shower, with all guests turning up in matching striped pyjamas.
Khloe shared an image to Instagram showing herself with Kim, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall, all cuddling up on a sofa. Her caption simply said: "Sister Sunday."
It's only Khloe's second Instagram post since Lamar was hospitalised. She previously wished Kim a happy birthday.
Lamar was in a coma for several days after being discovered unresponsive at the Love Ranch brothel on Tuesday, 13 October. Since then, there has been no official word on his condition, but reports from the US suggest he has undergone emergency surgeries and is on dialysis for his kidneys.
A report at the weekend alleged Lamar had suffered a serious of mini strokes that may affect his future motor skills.
Khloe and Lamar have now called off their divorce - they split in 2013 but as a judge hadn't signed off their legal papers, they are still technically husband and wife, meaning Khloe can make medical decisions for Lamar.
In a message to her official website last week, she said: "This past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work."
"Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued supper. God is great!"
