Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe and former NBA star Lamar filed divorce documents in July, but it had recently been reported that due to a filing backlog, the judge was yet to sign papers and make it official.
Following Lamar's recent hospitalisation, US reports claim Khloe's attorney, Laura Wasser, asked the judge to withdraw the divorce petition on Wednesday (21 October), and the judge granted the petition.
Their marriage lasted from 2009 until 2013, but TMZ appear to have obtained divorce papers showing Khloe and Lamar's request for dismissal.
Khloe's mum Kris Jenner seemed to confirm that the divorce had indeed been called off when she asked by Access Hollywood's Billy Bush about the family's reaction to the news.
Kris simply told Billy: "Nothing but love."
News that Khloe and Lamar are to give their marriage another shot follows a difficult week for the pair as Lamar was found unconscious last Tuesday (13 October) at Love Ranch, a legal brothel in Nevada.
He was taken to Las Vegas' Sunrise Hospital and regained consciousness some 72 hours later after waking from a coma. Khloe has been by his side since his hospitalisation.
Lamar has now been transferred to Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles to continue his recovery.
Khloe released a statement this week, saying: "You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued supper. God is great!"
This week it was reported how Khloe ended her rumoured romance with basketball player James Harden in light of recent events with Lamar.
And, new reports emerged last night claiming Khloe was going to quit KUWTK to care for Lamar during his recovery.
