In scenes to be shown on Sunday (18 October), girlfriend Lydia isn't impressed with her boyfriend's "lies".
Their relationship is left in turmoil when Lydia's trust is once again rocked by Arg's latest lies.
Last week, Arg told the guys that Lydia had stormed out of the bingo night after learning he'd been untruthful about a recent night out. He'd told her he was crashing at his mum's house, but ended up staying over at Diags and Fran's house because they'd been watching a movie and he was tired.
Determined not to lose her forever, Arg now makes desperate efforts to win back he trust. Oh Arg, when WILL you learn?
After seeking guidance from Tommy and Diags, he heads for a pampering session - as you do when your relationship is on the line! - and decides to pour his heart out in a letter.
Georgia delivers the letter and a bouquet of flowers to Lydia, who reads it and makes a momentous decision about the future of their relationship...
Will she be willing to forgive and forget or have Arg's nine lives finally expired? Even Lydia's all-forgiving mum Debbie seems fed up with Arg's behaviour!
Meanwhile, Dan Edgar and Kate Wright meet up to talk things through...
While cool-as-a-cucumber Dan says how he feels, Kate breaks down in tears as she gets emotional discussing their broken relationship.
Luckily there are no tears on Jess and Pete's vineyard date, where Jess looks HOT showing off her new hair-do!
Elsewhere, Lewis won't give up on Nicole, in spite of Mike's interference, and Mike watches on as Lewis interrupts Nicole and the girls' night out to make headway.
The Only Way Is Essex continues at 10pm on ITVBe on Sunday 18 October.
