The 35-year-old surprised fans by revealing she had broken her arm, earlier this week, sharing a photo of her injury to Instagram. She said: "Shout out my broken arm. NO JOKE."
It's not quite the usual photo you'd expect to see scrolling through your feed, but Cazza still managed to get over 4000 likes for her efforts. Kinda gross?
After getting her arm looked at and protectively placed into a sling, Caroline has now put a brave face on and is already continuing on with working commitments she had planned. No milking the bed rest and sweet treats for her!
Taking to Instagram, Caroline shared a selfie in the back of a car as she set about her afternoon.
Smiling through the pain, the TV presenter gritted her teeth as she showed off her patched up arm to followers. Of course, the well wishes came flooding in and many were quick to tell Caroline they hope she gets better soon.
One used said: "Glad to see your back Miss Flack." While another commented: "Aw, hope you get better soon Caroline."
After meeting up with her X Factor co-host Olly Murs, Caroline is now preparing for her appearance on The One Show later this evening. She is joining Alex Jones on the sofa to promote her new autobiography, Storm In A C Cup.
Caroline first unveiled her first book back in August. Showing off the cover of her tell-all autobiography, she told fans: "HELLO LIFE! I've written a book about you.... You've certainly been adventurous and I've made loads of stupid mistakes that have all ended up ok!!!!! Hooray."
Inside, Caroline is thought to have detailed her relationship with One Direction's Harry Styles, her romance with Prince Harry and how she dealt with her very public split from ex-beau Jack Street while competing on Strictly.
Ahead of its release, some excerpts from Caroline's book have already been published in The Sun. The latest reveal Caroline's heart ache when her relationship with Jack came to and end, with the starlet writing she wished he would have waited when breaking things off.
At the time Caroline had been starring on Strictly Come Dancing, but just weeks before the final, she found herself in the headlines.
Her relationship with Jack had begun to break down and she says: "As it started to fall apart, so did I."
So much so, that Caroline forgot her moves during her quarter final performance and had to make something up there and then. While the viewers at home had no idea, it didn't go unnoticed with her dance partner Pacha Kovalev.
She said: "Pasha understood, he knew the reason. My private life was in shreds... [Jack] had seen me come back from losing Xtra Factor. Now I was finally finding my feet. I felt that he could have at least waited three weeks... I wept."
Caroline's autobiography Storm In A C Cup is set for release on 22 October.
