Despite bagging herself the famous Strictly glitterball trophy last year, Caroline has now admitted that underneath her sequins she was "falling apart".
Opening up in her new autobiography, Storm In A C Cup, Caroline reveals she struggled to come to terms with her break up. So much so, that during the quarter finals of the dancing competition she totally forgot her moves.
Recalling the difficult time, she says: "As it started to fall apart, so did I."
It just so happened that she was in the final stages of Strictly when her relationship with music manager Jack was coming to an end, and while she tried to focus on her performance, she ended up forgetting her moves in the all important quarter finals.
Instead, the starlet made something up on the dance floor to try and cover, although it didn't go unnoticed by her dance partner and professional Pasha Kovalev.
"Pasha understood," she claims in excerpts published by The Sun. "He knew the reason. My private life was in shreds."
After dating for over a year, Caroline and Jack finally called time on their relationship in December last year.
And despite rekindling their romance in June (only to split for a second time a few months later), Caroline is still furious their split came while she was a contestant on Strictly.
Slamming her ex-beau for his timing, she adds: "He had seen me come back from losing Xtra Factor. Now I was finally finding my feet. I felt that he could have at least waited three weeks... and I wept."
As well as delving into her relationships, Caroline also spills all on her troubles with a stalker, her famous romance with Harry Styles and her rendezvous with Prince Harry.
Admitting she was the Prince's "bit of rough", Cazza confirms she and Harry did have a thing, but it ended shortly after it began, thanks to gaining too much attention.
Storm In A C Cup is set to be released on 22 October. We can't wait to get stuck in!
