Heading to a spinning class together, the girls donned their gym gear and put their best foot forward as they cycled up a storm together. Rather them than us, right?
Fitting in a workout, the girls didn't have a hair out of place - despite their intense exercise session. Sigh!
Georgia flashed her enviable figure in a sports bra and funky leggings, while Chloe sported flawless make-up and Lydia's locks were styled to perfection.
As well as egging each other on through their spin class, we've no doubt the girls had a good ol' gossip too, and we're guessing it wasn't long before talk soon turned to Chloe's clash with Ferne...
Last night, viewers watched as Chloe and Ferne came to blows for a second time, with Chloe slamming her co-star for being too opinionated.
After Ferne told Chloe she thinks her relationship with ex-beau Jake Hall is "f*****", Chloe hit back: "That's probably why you don't have a boyfriend. That's your attitude towards people... you've got too much of an opinion on everyone."
Upset with Chloe comments, Ferne told her she had "embarrassed" herself, before fans watched her getting teary-eyed to Jessica Wright, Danielle Armstrong and Bobby Norris.
Ferne told them: "No one can come to me when I actually have a really happy f***** life and say that I'm never going to get a boyfriend, it's f***** rude."
Georgia, meanwhile, found herself with her own drama as Lewis Bloor called the starlet and her boyfriend Tommy Mallet out over their comments to Nicole Bass.
Nicole is Lewis' ex-girlfriend and despite Lewis making it very clear he wants to win her back, she told him Georgia and Tommy have been encouraging her to pursue a romance with newcomer Michael Hassini.
Georgia reassured the Essex boy it wasn't like that, insisting she simply told Nicole to make Lewis work to win her back, after he had hurt her in the past.
Tommy, meanwhile, said he told Nicole to go for Mike after Lewis slammed him for being a "people pleaser".
In response, Lewis apologised for speaking to Tommy in the way he did, adding: "I've got a real reason why I don't like [Michael], I've said for years next time I see this boy it's on and then I hear you're knocking about with him. I weren't happy about it at all. I don't f****** like him, it was difficult for me."
Lewis and Mike have history together, with Lewis claiming Michael hooked up with an ex-girlfriend of his and then lied about it.
While Lewis thinks he deserves an apology from TOWIE's new boy, Michael has said he isn't threatened by Lewis.
So much so, that he even tried to sway Nicole away from him. He told her, Lewis would never change and after cheating on her in the past, he wouldn't be surprised if Lewis did it again.
"A leopard never changes its spots," he said. "He is who he is at the end of the day. If he's done it to you before, who is to say he won't do it to you again? Or, you've got Mr Nice Guy here who takes you out, woos you and you live happily ever after."
TOWIE continues Wednesday 14 October at 10pm on ITVBe.
