The beloved star of The Only Way Is Essex was joined by granddaughter Jessica Wright and co-stars Bobby Norris and Chloe Sims on the Good Morning Britain sofa to talk about the show's fifth anniversary.
When asked by Ben Shephard how she deals with fame and popularity, Nanny Pat replied: "I just get on with it!
"People say how do you feel that you're a star, and I go 'I'm no different to anybody else'. I don't take much notice of it."
In fact, Nanny Pat said when she was first approached to star in the show all those years ago alongside Jess and Mark Wright, she actually refused!
She revealed: "I said, 'No, I'm going to watch TV, not be in it!"
But Nanny Pat clearly had a change of heart, and we're glad she did, as she's been the star of the show for some five years now.
When she's not offering words of wisdom, she's coming out with some brilliant one-liners and keeping on top of orders of her famous sausage plait. She's provided many comedic moments, including rapping for Jess and attending a fancy dress party as the cutest skeleton ever.
