X Factor's Katie Waissel has lashed out at former mentor Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.

The former talent show contestant, who was mentored by Cheryl back in 2010, has 'thrown shade' (as they say) accusing Chezza of being two-faced and describing her as "a horrible human and completely not genuine."

During a recent interview with Bella magazine, The 29-year-old didn't hold back when it came to airing her less than flattering opinion of Cheryl, saying:

"I thought her behaviour was shady and unnecessary – she publicly slammed me in her book without saying anything to my face.

"But when she was my mentor, she kept trying to be my best friend and steal my cigarettes. I personally thought she was nasty, a horrible human and completely not genuine."

Katie ended the rant her rant with a stern warning to Cheryl, saying: ''She better not dare bump into me. But I wouldn't say anything to her even if she was nice to me. I'd just be like, 'F**k off!' '' Gulp.

Cheryl hasn't responded yet.

Since appearing on the X Factor, Katie has continued to pursue a career in music and now performs with a band named Red Velvet and lives in Los Angeles.
