Unfortunately for Lewis, he was stuck in Essex after losing his passport, so was being tormented by thoughts of what Nicole might be doing in the sunshine and what guys might be making a move…
Lewis said on last night's episode: "I was a bit of an asshole to her. If she is out there getting hold of another geezer it's nothing to do with me but if I had the head on my shoulders I do now I would probably be with her.
"As far as I'm concerned, my feelings have never changed towards her. When I'm with her, I forget about everything else. She has the best giggle. It makes me happy when I'm with her. She's a top bird. She is top drawer. What I'm frustrated about is she's never been to Marbella before and I could put my arm around her and show her a good time. I'm sure other guys want to do that.
"Your mind goes into overtime when you care about someone. You put two and two together and just get five don't you. It's frustrating. I just want her home."
But does Nicole feel the same way?
Over in Marbs, she told Danielle Armstrong that her romance with Lewis didn't end on the best terms last year.
"We split up not on the greatest terms because he was going out partying, you know how boys do, they go through this stage where they think the grass is greener. I went to see him, there was a necklace on the side, it ended a bit sour. But he's changed from last year. He seems in a better place and a better person so good on him."
Lewis may face competition from newbie Mike Hassini, however, who asked Nicole if she'd let him take her on a date back in Essex. Her answer? Maybe… So watch this space.
