Proudlock and Emma first began dating last year, going public with their romance in November. Since then, the couple's relationship has gone from strength to strength, with a loved-up Proudlock telling us he is "very lucky" to have the model as his girlfriend.
Despite, Proudlock starring on Made In Chelsea, he is yet to introduce his girlfriend onscreen, meaning fans know very little about Emma - apart from the fact she is totally gorgeous and has modelled for Ann Summers in the past.
Speaking to Reveal at the Specsaver's Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards, Proudlock shed some light on how he and his leading lady first met, revealing he and Emma actually first crossed paths several years back.
"It's a long story, but we met in Scotland a few years back," he told us .We didn't see each other for a long period of time, but when I got back from a trip to New York we hooked up, we met up and hung out. She's great."
Now officially an item, Proudlock has often been spotted gushing about Emma, with the couple celebrating their first anniversary together in August.
At the time, Proudlock marked the milestone, telling fans he had met his soulmate. He said: "A year ago today I met my soulmate, the most beautiful person inside and out. It's safe to say it has been the best year of my life. @emmalouiseconnolly I love you to the moon and back, and cannot wait for the times ahead."
With things now seeming pretty serious between the pair, we asked Proudlock if Emma could be 'The One'. Keeping his cards close to his chest, Proudlock didn't reveal if he would be popping the question anytime soon.
Instead, he simply said: "[Emma] is hands down, without a doubt, the most amazing person I have ever met, and I've never loved anyone as much as I have loved her."
While we're all itching to meet Emma, we're not so sure we'll ever get the chance.
Earlier this year, Proudlock revealed Emma was too busy with work commitments to star alongside him on the show. He said: "Her career and the agency she's with, they've got a plan for her. It unfortunately doesn't involve Made In Chelsea."
And even if it did, Emma might miss out on the opportunity, as Proudlock has hinted he could be leaving the E4 reality soon.
The Chelsea boy didn't venture to LA this summer with the rest of the cast, choosing to stay behind in London and focus on his brand Serge De Nimes instead.
He also jetted to Ibiza with Emma and while there, Proudlock told fans: "I might be at home in Ibiza, but fear not, I will be returning to Made In Chelsea. I still love the show. But there will be a point where I move on completely – after all, I've been doing the show for four years."
However, when we asked Proudlock yesterday if we will be seeing his face when Made In Chelsea returns in a few weeks time, he cryptically replied: "Maybe."
