According to The Sun, the couple were in the property with their two-year-old daughter Nevaeh when intruders broke in and demanded access to expensive goods.
The newspaper claims two men forced their way into the house on Friday evening. They held baseball bats as they forced the couple to hand over items including a £15,000 bracelet, a £10,000 handbag and a £50,000 watch.
It's also alleged they stole a £100,000 car.
A rep for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 8pm on Friday 2 October 2015, police were called to an address following a report of a break-in. Officers attended and discovered a man, a woman and an infant who had been the victims of an aggravated burglary. None of the victims were injured. An investigation was subsequently launched and is on-going."
A source added: "Tom and Georgina weren't physically hurt but it was a horrific ordeal - especially as their little girl was with them. The only thing in their minds was protecting her."
Everton's Tom and Georgina married in London in June. Their daughter Nevaeh - which is heaven spelled backwards - arrived in June 2013.
Neither Tom nor Georgina has commented on the incident.
