Most artists and bands have that one thing they do before they go on stage to get them prepped for putting on a show, and it would seem Union J are no exception.
However, when Reveal caught up with Union J's Jaymi Hensley we asked exactly what he and the boys do to get them in the zone and it's safe to say we weren't expecting the singer's response...
Revealing all, Jaymi told us: "We huddle in a circle just before we go on stage, shake our lower regions and shout 'willies', it's mad I know!"
Not the usual vocal warm up or high five you'd imagine, but if it does the job, then we're all for a little band bonding.
Later this month, Jaymi, Josh, JJ and George will put on 18 live shows for fans across the country, but this time they are doing things quite differently. Labelling their tour 'An Audience With Union J', Jaymi and the boys are offering their legion of followers "an experience like no other".
But what exactly does that entail?
"It's an up close and personal experience with the fans," Jaymi explained. "We can't wait and have been rehearsing loads to make it a great show. I love doing our tracks stripped back and I think the fans will love it."
Excited to head back out on the road again, the 25-year-old added that he loves the "buzz" touring brings.
"It's so great and performing live is the best part for me," he said. "I love touring... we have a lot of fun and I feel very lucky to play the venues we have played and to travel the world doing what we love."
As well as planning a show-stopping performance for their fans, Union J have also been busy working on their third album, and rumour has it, they will be sharing a few exclusives with lucky audience members while on the road.
Keen not to give too much away, Jaymi simply told us he loves the new stuff Union J have come up with. He said: "We have been working on some great material - I love it and I've played it to a few friends who were shocked and totally loved it too!
"I don't want to give too much away as we are still in the studio but this will be our best album to date."
Eek! We already can't wait to hear it.
Union J's latest tour comes three years after the boys first auditioned for The X Factor back in 2012.
He, Josh and JJ originally auditioned as a three-piece, Triple J, before being joined together with soloist George to form Union J. After coming together, the four boys were given a shot at Judges' Houses, impressing Louis and sailing through to the live shows.
They joined the likes of Ella Henderson, James Arthur and Rylan Clark and reached the semi-finals of the competition, finishing in fourth place.
Looking back at their journey, Jaymi told us it has been an "amazing experience" and that he is enjoying every minute, despite it being a "total whirlwind".
Union J will be doing an interactive fan event, 'An Audience with Union J', , with live performances and Q&As in Plymouth on the 19 October. For more information please visit www.unionjofficial.com
