Michael, who plays bad boy Ross Barton in the soap, scooped three individual gongs for 'Best Actor', 'Best Bad Boy' and 'Sexiest Male'
He also won 'Best Affair' for Ross and Debbie Dingle's affair, and to top that all off, Emmerdale won 'Best Soap'!
What a night, eh?!
We spoke to Michael, who joined Emmerdale in 2013, about his success and being recognised as the best actor in soap land right now.
"The 'Best Actor' award is the one I've been chasing since I got into the show," Michael tells Reveal. "The other ones are great but you want to be recognised for being the best. I'm not saying I was, I think it was just very well timed.
"Adam Woodyatt had a great year and that was closest to the British Soap Awards so he bagged it then. Everybody who was nominated was worthy. I'm just over the moon to finally take something."
Michael jokes that he was lucky to win at all this year: "I was just grateful not to be in a category with Maddy Hill because I can't beat an egg when it comes to her! She just pips me to the post on everything."
Speaking about his future on the show, he adds: "I like driving the cars and chasing the girls. I've got the perfect job at the moment and I don't want it to change."
