Drama alert! Fran Newman-Young thinks her former friend Binky Felstead has been "brainwashed" by Made in Chelsea.

Cast your minds back a few series and loyal MIC viewers will remember Fran and Binky being pretty much BFFs, they even lived together in a snazzy flat in the royal borough and were all over each others social media snaps.

However their relationship became strained during the fallout of Binky's split from Alex Mytton and now Fran has pointed a finger at the show's producers, suggesting they've constructed lies and caused a load of drama where there actually wasn't any.

During a chat with Bang Showbiz at the SEAT Ibiza launch, Fran said: "She [Binky] has been on the show since she was 19, so she's sort of been brainwashed really.

"I kept saying to her, 'I wouldn't ever talk about you, I love you', but she's known the producers for so long she kept taking their word over mine, which was devastating."

But Fran didn't stop there, she also hit out at the reality show for axing her from the cast, warning new stars that they "should really watch their backs". Who thought Chelsea could be so menacing?

Fran said: "They'll be chewed up and dropped just like I was, and just like lots of others have been," she said. "There are some, like Binky and Jamie [Laing], that the producers love. But there are others that just get discarded, and if we're not given decent storylines, what can we do?"

Returning castmate Ollie Locke must be counting his lucky stars!
