The former Big Brother housemate joined Danielle Lloyd at The Playboy Club in London on Tuesday (29 September) for a party held by The Pink Ribbon Foundation.
It's a grant-making trust that funds projects and provides financial support to UK charities working with people who have been diagnosed by or affected by breast cancer.
Aisleyne wore a pink dress (obviously!), teamed with over the knee grey boots and a tan coat.
She told fans on Twitter that she avoided the alcohol during the evening, sticking to soft drinks instead. "So proud of myself. No alcohol this evening & home & in bed with a herb tea instead #teamfit."
Aisleyne's been keeping fans up to date on her health and fitness regime, saying recently: "Gym life never quits for me. I got the poison I got the remedy. #gymlife #fitfam #focus #letsdothis." She's also been promoting an app called Gymster Lite.
Last night was her first public appearance since *that* incident on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, which caused the show to be taken off-air.
Aisleyne was on the panel with Farrah Abraham, Janice Dickinson, Vicki Michelle and Jenna Jameson. Just before the show cut transmission, viewers had seen things get heated between Farrah and Aisleyne, who had exchanged words earlier in the show.
It's claimed Aisleyne threw champagne towards Farrah, while Farrah retaliated by throwing a champagne glass.
A police spokesperson revealed this week: "Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22.
"As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault. Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."
