The mother-of-one has been part of The Only Way Is Essex since series two and has been involved in several big storylines, most recently her split from co-star Elliott Wright and her frosty relationship with Vas J Morgan and Gemma Collins.
Speaking ahead of the new series starting, she said: "I think it's one of those things that nothing can prepare you for. Looking back on the years I've been on it, no one could have warned me or prepared me for the emotional things that happen on the show, or outside of it.
"It's something that you have to experience and you have to try to remember that you just have to stay strong."
Chloe added: "That being said, I'd tell anyone to give it a go. I don't think it's for everybody - people have come and gone over the years - but if you can cope with it, it's an amazing show to be part of!"
