Married reality stars Heidi and Spencer, who appeared on the reality show back in 2013, said Farrah was unfairly treated by her fellow housemates on the show.
Speaking to US Weekly, Heidi said: "She's had such unfair treatment all season long. They bait her, and she tries to make up with them and then they degrade her under their breath as a mum or a woman and whenever she stands up for herself, they call her crazy."
Spencer added: "She was the only entertaining part of that show. She just owned it."
Heidi and Spencer's comments come after a dramatic episode of Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, which saw Channel 5 cut transmission on the spin-off show 20 minutes before it ended. When it returned to air, the panel - which had included Farrah - was missing.
There have been allegations of a row erupting between Farrah and panellist Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, which resulted in another panellist, Vicki Michelle, needing medical treatment.
'Allo 'Allo star Vicki confirmed on Thursday (24 September) that she would be taking legal action against Farrah.
Speaking to The Mirror, Vicki alleged Farrah smashed a champagne glass and shattered glass hit her in the head. She claimed: " [Farrah] whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair."
Farrah's rep declined to comment on the allegations as the matter is now in the hands of Farrah's lawyers, but an earlier statement claimed she was also hurt in the incident. It read: "Farrah was assaulted twice and received medical attention both last night and today as a result of injuries caused by one of the assaults."
The former Teen Mom star, who did not attend last night's CBB final, was pictured leaving hospital in a wheelchair.
