It's customary for all former series housemates to gather at the studio on the last night to welcome the winner and finalists but Farrah, who was evicted in fifth place, will not be among them.
She tweeted: "I will NOT be attending the @bbuk finale tonight! I don't wish to put myself in a potentially hostile situation #Cbb.... #WorldPeace Congrats to the winner tonight Thank you all for the support & I will reveal my truth soon! #recovering."
Farrah's message came as rumours continue to swirl about what happened on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side on Tuesday night (22 September).
Channel 5 cut transmission on the spinoff show around half-way through the programme and when it returned to air, the panel - which had included Farrah - was missing.
There have been allegations of a row erupting between Farrah and panellist Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace which resulted in another panellist, Vicki Michelle, needing medical treatment when glass hit her head.
Vicki has now indicated she will press charges against Farrah.
A rep for Farrah has declined to comment on the allegations as the matter is now in Farrah's lawyers hands, but the spokesperson did say Farrah had been injured in the altercation. "Farrah was assaulted twice. She was seen by a medic as a result of injuries caused by one the assaults. The matter is being handed over to Farrah's lawyer."
The rep did not say how Farrah had been injured or by whom.
Pictures of Teen Mom Farrah published today showed her being pushed in a wheelchair as she left a London hospital.
