The Channel 5 spinoff show cut transmission during Tuesday night's (22 September) episode, amid allegations of an altercation between the panel.
Farrah had been on the panel with former Big Brother housemate Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, actress Vicki Michelle and CBB's latest evictees Jenna Jameson and Janice Dickinson. It has been alleged that a row broke out that involved drinks and a chair being thrown, which led to Vicki requiring medical attention.
Now, a rep for US reality star Farrah, 24, has claimed she too was hurt, saying in a statement: "Farrah was assaulted twice. She was seen by a medic as a result of injuries caused by one the assaults. The matter is being handed over to Farrah's lawyer."
The rep did not say who alleged assaulted Farrah.
As the footage of the incident was pulled from air, we have not seen exactly what happened, leading to much rumour and speculation about who started the row and what exactly happened.
Jenna has claimed Aisleyne started it by throwing champagne, while Aisleyne has said Farrah started it by throwing two champagne glasses. Vicki has claimed Farrah smashed a champagne glass, which caused shards to hit Vicki's head. Janice's agent has said the former supermodel threw a chair to protect Vicki from further injury.
Channel 5 has not commented on the exact incident, only saying in a statement that everybody is okay.
Police are now investigating.
A statement from the local police force read: "Hertfordshire Constabulary received a report at 10.55pm on the evening of Tuesday, September 22nd regarding an incident which is alleged to have occurred in the Elstree Studios in Borehamwood. The incident occurred a short time before the call. Officers are currently making inquiries to establish the exact circumstances of what happened and will release further details when appropriate."
