The popular spinoff show cut transmission towards the end of Tuesday night's episode (22 September) after an altercation in the studio between panelists.
Vicki had been on the panel with ex-housemate Farrah Abraham, new evictees Janice Dickinson and Jenna Jameson, and former Big Brother housemate Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace.
After the row, various reports began surfacing on social media that Vicki had been injured and taken to hospital.
Now, she has given her first interview about the incident, telling The Mirror that she was hit in the head by flying glass after a champagne flute was smashed.
She accused Farrah of smashing the glass.
Vicki said: "I'm in complete and utter shock. If I had been looking the other way I could have got it full in the face, she could have blinded me. It was awful. She whacked the glass hard like a discus. It was the base of the glass and it shattered in my hair."
The former 'Allo 'Allo star - who recently appeared on I'm A Celebrity - had tweeted after the incident that she'd been checked over by medics and released: "Going home now. Bloody hurt! But thank you for worrying, I'm okay… I think!"
She told The Mirror that paramedics wanted her to go to A&E but because it was around 1am she declined and they treated her at the studio. She said she plans to have another follow-up doctor's appointment.
"I've been in the industry for 50 years, and I have never seen anything like this. Not throwing glasses on national television, it doesn't happen. You do not expect physical violence. I've never been attacked before."
Farrah has yet to give her side of the story. Her agent declined to comment on Vicki's claims, but did say Farrah had been injured in the incident as well.
Her rep said: "Farrah was assaulted twice and received medical attention both last night and today as a result of injuries caused by one of the assaults."
The rep didn't say who allegedly assaulted Farrah.
Meanwhile, former adult movie star Jenna has claimed Aisleyne started the row by throwing champagne, tweeting: "That whacked out has been through champagne into my eyes, aiming for Farrah, starting the fight... (sic)"
Aisleyne told The Mirror that Farrah threw her own champagne glass and one belonging to Jenna.
Channel 5 has not commented on the nature of the incident, only saying in a statement: "Last night's Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side was interrupted due to an incident on set. Everyone involved is fine and last night's events are currently being investigated."
Meanwhile, police are investigating. A statement read: "Hertfordshire Constabulary received a report at 10.55pm on the evening of Tuesday, September 22nd regarding an incident which is alleged to have occurred in the Elstree Studios in Borehamwood. The incident occurred a short time before the call. Officers are currently making inquiries to establish the exact circumstances of what happened and will release further details when appropriate."
