Turns out this years Bake Off stars have bigger problems to deal with than simply avoiding soggy bottom bakes and a stony glare off Paul Hollywood. The show's huge popularity has turned the home bakers into actual celebs.
According to Flora's former boss, Hugh Green, who owns a gallery in Perth, Scotland, the whole fame thing is becoming a bit much for the 19-year-old, as she can't even enjoy a night at the local pub!
He told The Sun: "It's a small town and she gets stopped all the time. Flora was in the pub in St Andrews last week with friends and her flatmate threw her coat over Flora's head and smuggled her out. She's a real, proper celebrity."
Another source revealed that Flora's TV stint means she's already well known on her university campus at St Andrews, despite only joining as a fresher last week! They admitted "the pressure of that has been getting to her." Yep, having to pose for approximately two thousand selfies would sort of ruin the fun of a freshers pub crawl, wouldn't it?
Flora is currently one of the favourites to win the competition, which has now reached the quarter final stage.
