The 37-year-old revealed her plans to have even more children while chatting about motherhood to Xtra Factor's Rochelle Humes.
Filming for AOL's original series, Being Mum, Katie admitted: "I'm going to keep going until the doctor says I can't have anymore. I need that newborn again!"
But while she may be hoping for a bigger family in the future, the Celebrity Big Brother winner did admit she doesn't enjoy sporting a baby bump for nine months.
Katie added: "I hate being pregnant, though, I absolutely hate it... but I still want more."
Glamour model Katie is already mum to son Harvey, 13, Junior, 10 and Princess, eight (her two children from her marriage to Peter Andre) as well as Jett, two, and Bunny, who recently turned one - her children with husband Kieran Hayler.
Opening up about what it is she loves so much about parenthood, Kate told Rochelle: "I love the responsibility of all of my kids, I just love it. I love that they look at me, they love me and I love them. It's unconditional love."
And it doesn't matter that she may have one very full household on her hands, with Katie joking: "I think I just love the chaos, the madness and stress!"
You've got to take your hats off to her, right?
Katie's chat comes after she recently bared all in a Channel 5 documentary named Katie Price: In Therapy.
During the show, Kate was seen speaking of her plans to have more children then too. Again, she admitted she wants to have as many more babies as her body will allow her, even suggesting she may turn to surrogacy after that.
"Is this normal - I know I haven't had enough babies yet," she said. "So I'm going to keep going until the doctor says, 'no more'. And then I want a surrogate."
