And the former Royal butler believes the feeling could be mutual!
Despite coming to blows on more than one occasion, with last night's mega tea party upset being no exception, guest housemate Paul believes the pair have feelings for each other.
Speaking to CBB host Emma Willis after his short stint on the C5 show, Paul revealed: "[Farrah] likes James, James likes her…I saw it first-hand. She couldn't take her eyes off him."
Before going into the house, James revealed he is single and said he would be open to romance. Could Farrah be the one?!
Our CBB blogger Nicola McLean seems to think so!
Paul had spent several days in the CBB house as part of a royal task, which saw the American housemates act as servants to the British contestants.
Despite getting along with the majority of housemates, Paul admitted he found it hard getting to know Farrah, who first found fame on MTV's 16 & Pregnant. In fact, he even described her as an "Ice Maiden"!
During his exit interview, which aired live on C5 last night, the butler admitted: "When I went in there, I was met by the Ice Maiden, Farrah. She did not want to connect with me."
When asked by Emma why he thinks Farrah behaved in that way, Paul continued: "I think she is such a hurt person, I think she is fragile.
"She is a nice girl on the inside but you just have to find it. I think I was starting to see something... I wish I could have been in a little longer."
Meanwhile, last night Daniel Baldwin was the first housemate to be evicted from the current series.
Viewers were also treated to the epic tea party row after Farrah took part in a secret task to make the British housemates "cross". It appears the US reality star took things a little far, however, and received a warning for her behaviour.
Despite it being a task, and apologising for being so hurtful, Natasha Hamilton's 5ive star boyfriend Ritchie Neville was far from amused!
CBB continues tonight at 10pm on C5. The second eviction will take place live at 9pm on Tuesday (8 September).
