The So You Think You Can Dance presenter and husband Patrick Kielty have announced they are expecting their first child together.
Cat, 38, revealed the happy baby news via Twitter, saying: "Exciting news.... Paddy and I are so happy to be expecting our first child in the Spring..... Lucky us."
The couple married in a secret ceremony in Rome in September 2012, in front of just a handful of family and close friends.
West Bromwich-born Cat and Northern Irish comedian Patrick, 44, were friends for a decade before romance blossomed, having hosted the TV talent show Fame Academy together back in 2002.
Cat, who relocated to the US where she has found success as the host of primetime show So You Think You Can Dance, confirmed their relationship in early 2012, telling a US TV show that she was "dating a really old friend of mine".
And in a recent interview with Daily Mail, husband Patrick revealed how he wooed her. "Cat was in LA and I was in Northern Ireland, so I texted her to wish her a happy birthday.
'When she said she was having a birthday lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel, I said I'd be there. She told me to go to sleep as I was drunk. That was 2am. I got up at 5am, went to Belfast airport for 6am, got the 7.15am flight to Heathrow, landed at 8.30am, took off again at 9.40am and arrived in LA at 1.15pm.
"I was at the Beverly Hills Hotel by 2.15pm. When I walked in, Cat looked at me and said: "Oh, you're good!"'
Congrats to Cat and Pat!
