The loved-up pair are still going strong and as they attended a party hosted by Jeans For Genes with their former co-stars, Hannah's new diamond accessory caught our eye!
Cuddling up to her hubbie-to-be on arrival to the event, Hannah couldn't resist flaunting her engagement ring for photographers. Sitting pretty on her finger, it sure does have a shine to it, doesn't it?
Despite having only dated for a couple of months now, Hannah and Essex boy Jon are already set to wed. Viewers watched as Jon proposed while he and Hannah were taking part in a commitment task for ITV2's Love Island.
The boys had been asked to write vows detailing their true feelings for their other halves in the villa, and seizing the opportunity, Jon decided to pop the question for real. He even asked Hannah's dad beforehand for permission and everything.
Getting down on one knee, he told Hannah: "I've met you and your the woman of my dreams. I've just realised so much that Hannah... Would you do me the honour of making me the happiest man alive and marry me?"
Since then, the couple's romance has gone from strength to strength. They are one of only two Love Island couples that are now still together. Zoe Basia Brown and Jordan Ring were first to split, with Jess Hayes and Max Morley confirming their break up last week.
Last night, Max, Jordan, Josh Ritchie, Cally Jane Beech and Luis Morrison (who are the second couple still going strong) joined Hannah and Jon at the celebrity party. Other guests in attendance included Charlotte Crosby (who Max was later spotted kissing), Holly Hagan, Kyle Christie, Ibiza Weekender's Imogen Townley, TOWIE's Danielle Armstrong and Mario Falcone and girlfriend Emma McVey.
