The 'Shake It Off' singer, 25, positively shimmered in a multicoloured sequin two-piece when she arrived at the prestigious award ceremony on Sunday night (30 August).
But, typically, Taylor was happy to share the spotlight with some of her famous friends...
In fact, she posed on the red carpet with some of the world's most beautiful women - Gigi Hadid, Martha Hunt, Hailee Steinfeld, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, Serayah McNeill, Mariska Hargitay, Lily Aldridge and Karlie Kloss.
That's some roll-call!
Despite earlier controversy about the nominations for the Best Video category, Taylor won the award for 'Blank Space'.
In total, she won four 'Moonmen' awards, including the Video Of The Year for 'Bad Blood'.
This year, Kanye did not attempt to climb the stage and ruin Taylor's moment - in fact, the rapper showed his sense of humour and pretended to rush to the stage, after feigning sleep!
The truth is, Kanye and Taylor made peace at the Grammy's earlier this year.
To prove a point, Taylor presented Kanye with an award this weekend.
He won the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and used the opportunity to tell viewers he's running for President in 2020. Yes, really!
But, despite Kanye's 13 minute acceptance speech, it was definitely Taylor's night.
As well as premiering the music video for her new single 'Wildest Dreams', she also opened the show alongside Nicki Minaj.
The pair performed 'The Night Is Still Young' and 'Bad Blood' proving that even they have kissed and made-up after their previous 'misunderstanding'.
While Taylor and Nicki have buried the hatchet, 'Super Bass' singer Nicki seemed to start a new one...
Causing controversy on the big night, she called out Miley Cyrus while accepting the award for Best Hip-Hop Video.
Referring to comments made by Miley calling Nicki "not too kind". Nicki blasted: "And now back to this b**** who had a lot to say about me in the press."
However, some reports have said the 'public spat' was for show. What do you think?
