Earlier this week, The X Factor officially launched and to celebrate Simon embraced a brand new bearded look. Surprising his co-stars with his rugged revamp, the 55-year-old caused quite the stir and it seems he found himself a few new admirers while at it.
Reveal headed to the launch to see an exclusive screening of The X Factor's first episode (FYI, it's one not too miss) and Nick Grimshaw cheekily let slip: "Caroline Flack fancies [Simon], she told me.
Who'd have thought it, eh?
Left a little red-faced, Caroline was quick to protest: "Only with the beard… No, I don't, I don't!" She then decided to drop new judge Nick in it too, adding: "[Nick] said he did. We confided in each other, we said we weren't going to say anything."
Nick, meanwhile, was a little more open when it came to discussing his feelings towards the music mogul and revealed: "I had to take my coat off because I got all hot when I saw him... I did!"
All the while, Simon was sitting there looking slightly embarrassed (or secretly loving it, we reckon!) and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini couldn't resist pointing out: "I think it's the first time I've seen Simon blush."

Simon's new look comes as The X Factor returns to our screens this weekend.
This time round, the talent competition has seen plenty of changes. Not only have Nick and Rita Ora been added to the judging panel, Caroline and her good pal Olly Murs are the first ever presenting duo to host the show.
Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom are taking the reigns when it comes to The Xtra Factor and there's a slew of changes to the competition's format too. Viewers will now get to choose which judge gets each category and Judges' Houses will be broadcast live for the first time ever.
Hopeful that the show's revamp will see The X Factor beat Strictly in its annual ratings war, Simon has said he'd put his money on The X Factor coming out on top.
"I hate to say [The X Factor will better Strictly] because I know what will happen, it will come back to haunt me," he said. "But I do think the show does feel better, the talent is great, they're interesting… if it's us versus Peter Andre, I've got to put my money on us!"
