Rochelle Humes has had her say on *those* rumours she is now rivals with husband Marvin, insisting she is on the "better show".

Ooo. We don't think that's going to go down too well, Roch!

Back in June, it was confirmed Rochelle and her Sweat The Small Stuff co-star Melvin Odoom would replace Sarah-Jane Crawford as hosts of The Xtra Factor.

Shortly after the Saturday singer's exciting news was announced, she was quickly put against her husband Marvin as he currently co-hosts The Voice alongside Emma Willis. And considering The Voice and The X Factor are seen as rival talent shows, that can only mean the married couple are now in competition, right?

Addressing such claims when interviewed by ITV's Lorraine at The X Factor Press Launch in London yesterday (26 August), Rochelle said: "Everyone keeps asking if there is competition, but I think I'm on the better show."

Not holding back, she then added: "Without The X Factor Marvin wouldn't even be on The Voice."

Miaow. We'd love to know what Marvin thinks of that!

While Rochelle found stardom firstly as part of S Club Juniors before joining The Saturdays, Marvin became a household name as part of JLS. He, Aston Merrygold, JB Gill and Oritsé Williams auditioned for The X Factor way back in 2008 and went on to finish second on the show.

Since then, Marvin has gone on to become a DJ for Capital FM, produce music with new group LuvBug and even try his hand at TV presenting alongside Rochelle on This Morning, before joining The Voice.

Rochelle's fighting talk comes as she prepares to make her Xtra Factor debut this weekend.

The X Factor is back this Saturday 29 August with its spinoff show airing straight after on ITV2. To get viewers excited for The Xtra Factor's return, Rochelle recently shared a brand new trailer for the show, teasing all the mischief she and Melvin got up to backstage.

They aren't the only newcomers drafted in this year as Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw have joined the X Factor panel as new judges, and Caroline Flack and Olly Murs have replaced Dermot O'Leary as hosts of the main show.

Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini will be returning.

There will also be certain changes to the format of The X Factor this time round with the results of Judges' Houses now being announced live and the public choosing which X Factor category the judges will get.
