It will be Bieber's first time on the VMA stage since 2010, when he performed a medley of gits including 'U Smile', 'Baby' and 'Somebody To Love'.

Justin's new song 'What Do You Mean?' will get its first play on 28 August, with Justin performing at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles for the VMAs two days later. It's the first track to be taken off his upcoming album, his first studio album since 2012's Believe.

Miley Cyrus will host the VMAs, with performers also including Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky, The Weeknd and Twenty One Pilots. Kanye West will receive the 'Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award'.

This year's Moonman trophy was created by fashion designer Jeremy Scott.

The MTV VMAs 2015 air Monday, August 31 at 8pm BST on MTV UK.
