You go girls!
Climbing to nearly 2,500 metres is no easy feat, so today Ferne and Lydia were putting their best foot forward as they headed out for a training session. Dressed in their gym gear and breaking in their new hiking boots, the girls certainly looked the part as they got stuck into their outdoor trek.
And it seems so far, so good as both Ferne and Lydia were pictured with big smiles on their faces. We wonder if that's because Lydia brought her pet pup Paddy along for moral support.
Having a doggy around surely makes everything seem a little better, no?
Alongside her photo, Lydia told fans she was "so excited" for herself and Ferne to embark on their upcoming adventure together, insisting their charity trek will be an "experience of a lifetime".
Despite finding herself with an ankle injury not too long ago, Ferne is luckily now back to being fighting fit and no longer in need of her crutches or protective boot. The starlet had torn ligaments while playing a game of netball, but is now fully back to her training.
As well as putting themselves through their paces before jetting to Peru later this month, the girls have been busy fundraising too.
Lydia and Ferne's trek is in aid of Coppafeel Breast Cancer Charity and last month, the pair threw a Summer Boob Ball in their hometown of Essex for their celebrity friends.
The event saw the likes of Jessica Wright, Chloe Lewis, and Lucy Mecklenburgh attend, with Lydia and Ferne raising nearly £9000 on the night.
Following the evening, Ferne told fans she was "so overwhelmed" and "proud" of her and Lydia's efforts.
