The X Factor presenter revealed the title of her tell-all book via Instagram today, writing: "HELLO LIFE! I've written a book about you.... You've certainly been adventurous and I've made loads of stupid mistakes that have all ended up ok!!!!! Hooray."
It's available to pre-order now and available 22 October.
Caroline's autobiography was announced in July, under the working title Head Over Heels.
A statement at the time from publisher Simon & Schuster read: "She has achieved a hugely successful career on her own terms and I'm thrilled that she has the opportunity to reveal the truth behind the headlines and tell her side of the story. She's a vivacious, modern-day woman and not only does she have lots of great stories up her sleeve but she tells them with bags of charm, wit and style."
Caroline, 35, started off working for music channels and on kids' TV, before landing big hosting roles on the likes of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here NOW!, Gladiators and The Xtra Factor. She recently hosted the revamped Love Island and will co-present this year's main X Factor show with Olly Murs.
Last year, she won Strictly Come Dancing.
Caroline's private life has also been making headlines over the years. Her most famous relationship was with One Direction star Harry Styles, who is 14 years her junior. She has also been linked with Prince Harry in the past.
