Currently without her co-star boyfriend Alik Alfus, Louise joined her younger brother and his leading lady to attend a screening of Absolutely Anything in the capital.
And while out with the couple, the reality star couldn't help but joke she felt like the spare part on Sam and Tiff's date night. Aw!
Despite feeling a little awkward, Louise certainly didn't look it and cut an oh-so-glamorous figure for her evening out.
The Chelsea beauty opted for a flattering satin look dress with a killer pair of blue lace up heels, vamping up her look with a deep rouge pout and Hollywood waves.
Tiffany, meanwhile, kept her blonde locks sleek and straight, choosing to show off her enviable figure in a cute cut out number, while her beau teamed a funky pair of shades with a designer shirt.
As they arrived for the screening at the Ham Yard Hotel, the trio seemed in high spirits sharing a giggle together. Inside, they joined the likes of Celebrity Big Brother star Casey Batchelor and Love Island's newly engaged couple Hannah Elizabeth and Jon Clark.
Louise's night out with Sam and Tiff comes as she recently left boyfriend Alik behind in America.
Alik had been living with Louise in London, but last series, the New Yorker dropped the bombshell he had to move back to the US to help with the family business.
Not surprisingly Louise was visibly emotional on hearing her other half had to go, telling him she had been "the happiest she's ever been" with him.
Now, the pair are having to try their hand at a long distance relationship, but understandably, it hasn't been easy. Just recently, Alik admitted he was missing Louise. Sharing a photo of his girlfriend to Instagram, he said: "God, I miss her!"
We miss Alik and Louise!
Luckily for us though, the pair were reunited over summer and joined a handful of their co-stars to film Made In Chelsea's LA spinoff. Fans reunited with their Chelsea faves last night, as MIC: LA kicked off on E4.
While Louise and Alik will appear, Sam and Tiffany didn't jet out to LA this time round. Others that won't be in the spinoff series include Spencer Matthews and girlfriend Lauren Hutton, Stevie Johnson and Oliver Proudlock.
MIC:LA continues next Monday 17 August at 9pm on E4.
