Coleen, who is expecting her third child with footballer husband Wayne Rooney, teamed her pretty floral frock with red heels.
Coleen followed in her husband's footsteps and walked out at Wembley Stadium in London for the special ceremony organised by McDonald's.
Coleen crowned coach Leah Poole, 37, as the winner of McDonald's Football Mum of the Year Award. Leah pledges 10 hours a week to children's football.
Coleen said: "Meeting mums like Leah and hearing their stories has been truly inspirational.
"As a mum, I know that it takes a lot to look after the children and fit in everything else, especially when Wayne has matches in different cities or overseas. But women like Leah show how it can be done.
"The amount of time and effort they put in to create special moments for their children on top of managing everything else is incredible. I'm glad I could play a part in creating a special moment for them here at Wembley."
Coleen announced she was pregnant with her third child on 8 July. She tweeted: "Baby number three is on the way… January! We are so happy and excited!"
Coleen and Wayne, both 29, are already parents to sons Kai, five, and Klay, two.
