There's rarely an episode of The Only Way Is Essex that doesn't involve a row of some sort, but reality star Jess told The Sun that going forward she will try not to get involved in explosive rows or bitchy fights – especially as it can upset her grandfather.
Jess said: "I would always prefer to keep my dignity and even if I'd like to let rip I wouldn't. I've been brought up to be aware of the way I come across and manners and respect are very important.
"I wouldn't have a catty row with anyone. I got told off by my grandad when I rowed with Ricky and wore on telly. I don't want that to happen again."
Jess is currently taking a break from TOWIE as the last series wrapped filming earlier this month. It wasn't the easiest of series for her as she struggled with the breakdown of her friendship with Lauren Pope and trying to get that back on track.
But on a more positive note, she's on the promo trail for her debut novel, Sparkling Stilettos, which is a must-have for your summer beach bag! It tells the story of an aspiring shoe designer with ambitions of taking on Hollywood but, as we all know, the path to success in the celebrity world isn't always smooth...
