There's no denying Millie leads a pretty enviable life, from whipping up mouthwatering recipes to somehow enjoying exercise, the former Made In Chelsea star appears to have everything under control, and now the rest of us can too!
In her upcoming book MADE, Millie has put together the ultimate guide to leading her lifestyle. The book will feature all the best style, beauty, food and fitness tips Millie has picked up from all those fancy Chelsea salons and restaurants over the years.
Millie shared a preview of a few images from MADE on Instagram, saying: "Very excited to spend the afternoon @eburybooks chatting about my book #made out September 10th!"
Alongside all the tips and tricks the book promises to be full of funny anecdotes from Millie, which we cannot wait for. Fingers crossed there are some unknown MIC moments in there!
MADE publishers Ebury explained that despite Millie's model physique, she hasn't always been so dedicated to health and fitness.
"A few years ago she found out she was unhealthy. Worse than that she was 'skinny fat'; her body fat percentage was higher than it should be.
"Millie found herself out of shape and doing her body damage. She had low energy, lacklustre skin and had no idea of how to get herself out of this vicious cycle. Millie decided to overhaul her life and her diet and she was rejuvenated; she is now stronger, healthier and more confident."
