For the last two months, Louise has been living across the pond, joining Alik out in the US. After spending some time in Alik's hometown of New York, the pair then joined their MIC co-stars in LA to film this summer's spinoff series.
And after weeks of fun in the sun, Louise has now finally jetted back to the UK without her man... but not before gushing over him on Instagram.
Taking to the photo-sharing app last night, Louise shared a cute photo of herself and Alik cuddled up together. She told fans: "Best bf ever. Yes that is my handbag slung over his shoulder #manpurse."
Alik, meanwhile, shared the same snap to his Twitter page, calling Louise the "love of his life".
We take it they're still as loved-up as ever, then!
During the last series of Made In Chelsea, Alik (who had been living in London with Louise) dropped the bombshell he had to return to America to help out with the family business. Fans had been concerned for the couple's relationship, but judging by the slew of smitten photos Louise and Alik have posted in the last few weeks, the pair have proved they are still very much together.
Now filming has wrapped for MIC:LA, Louise has returned back home while Alik has stayed overseas, meaning the couple's romance will now have to contend with the long distance between them.
Confident that won't phase them though, Louise's younger brother Sam Thompson has told Reveal he is certain Louise and Alik will go the distance. Even hinting, Louise could leave Chelsea behind for the Big Apple.
"She's said if Alik has to go anywhere, she'll go with him," he told us. "She's smitten and I know he is about her."
Louise's latest Instagram comes as the Made In Chelsea cast bid goodbye to Los Angeles.
For weeks, Louise, Binky Felstead, Stephanie Pratt, Jamie Laing, Lucy Watson and James Dunmore have been making us incredibly jealous with their snaps from Hollywood and we can't wait to see what they've all been getting up to.
Ahead of MIC:LA hitting our screens, E4 has released a trailer teasing all the Stateside action. And this time round, it seems the drama is centred around the show's couples Stephanie and Josh Shepherd, Binky and Josh Patterson and Jamie and Jess Woodley.
Former Hills star Steph has been hinting she and Josh have split and it seems viewers will get to see their break up onscreen. In the short clip, she can be seen telling her ex-beau: "It's so clear you want to be single."
Meanwhile, Binky and JP appear to have grown closer again (despite Binks ending their brief fling last series), but soon find themselves falling out and Jamie and Jess clash when they both begin to date other people.
Stevie Johnson, Spencer Matthews and Oliver Proudlock won't be appearing in the LA series, after choosing to stay behind in London, and neither will Andy Jordan as he has decided to quit Made In Chelsea to focus on other projects.
