Well, that's according to The Sun anyway, that quotes an insider claiming Gemma's in "advanced talks" with producers to re-enter the jungle, just one year after her rather infamous appearance on the show...
TOWIE star Gem only lasted a few days in the Aussie jungle before quitting and flying back to the UK, although she later explained that her head hadn't been in the right place for the experience because of problems in her personal life.
A source said today: "Although Gemma's last stint in the jungle was a disaster, she made great TV. Bosses are fascinated to see if she can overcome her fears and stay for the duration."
If she did go back in it may not be that much of a surprise.
Gemma herself has said she wants the chance to redeem herself and try I'm A Celebrity again now that she's in a better place. When asked in May if she'd do the show again, she replied: "One million percent yes, if I was ever given the opportunity."
She previously said of the experience: "I decided to leave the jungle because, what a lot of people didn't know, is 24 hours before I went in something really bad had happened to me and I had quite bad injuries.
"I had injuries to my head and all over my body but I didn't want to let anyone down. I was like, 'I've got to do this'. It was a massive opportunity and then, when I got into the jungle, everyone was saying I'd only been in there for two days but I'd actually been in there for six."
Gem told The Sun: "Leading up to the jungle, I was waking up, crying, going to bed crying. I didn't feel right. My mum was ill and things were going wrong with my shop. I'll always regret letting the British public down."
